The Balingup Summer Long Table dinner was held on Saturday 7 February 2015. Approximately 150 people were treated to a gourmet delight by seven chefs delivering seven spectacular courses all using quality local ingredients- ours among them! Chef Joel Valvasori from Lalla Rookh restaurant made a delicious dish served between main course and desert to cleanse and freshen the palate using our 2014 Rokewood Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Simply stunning!
